Pauls Valley Junior High English teacher Robyn Whaley (left) is all smiles this week as Lorin Jacobson presents her with a grant from the PV Foundation for Academic Excellence. A number of grant proposals submitted by PV and Whitebead teachers were awarded as foundation members went to each school to give the grant new in person.
