New fiction at the library includes “Dashing Through the Snow” by Mary Higgins Clark and Carol Higgins Clark, “One Perfect Day” by Lauraine Snelling (LP) and “Cross Country” by James Patterson.
Representative Tom Cole sent us a copy of “Black Americans in Congress,” a comprehensive historical record of African Americans’ work in the House of Representatives and Senate.
The library is appreciative of this gift and has it on the shelf now.
We also got “Feathered Dinosaurs: The Origin of Birds” by John Long and Peter Schouten.
It is a beautiful book and very interesting.
We were given several more Large Print books which I am working on now to get on the shelves.
Your better check out your books early next week as the library will be closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the Thanksgiving holidays.
Storytime was fun this week and we made turkey necklaces to wear. These kids are so much fun and have so much energy!
Come by your library and see what else is going on this month. We love to have you visit us.
