The Toy and Action Figure Museum is Pauls Valley is will open up its doors next weekend to celebrate its birthday; more specifically its seventh anniversary.
To celebrate the museum will offer free admission all day on Saturday, Oct. 20.
The festivities include a children's party at the museum as well as an evening dinner party and awards ceremony for members.
The museum opened its doors in October 2005 and has since seen more than 75,000 visitors including those from all 50 states and 40 countries.
Visitors can enjoy free museum admission all day and children will receive free cupcakes and goodie bags from 1 to 3 p.m.
Families can explore the exhibits together, including favorites such as the Adult Collector's Bedroom diorama, the bat cave and playroom.
“The museum is home to more than 13,000 toys and action figures that all kids can enjoy, young or old,” said Kevin Stark, executive director and curator of the Toy and Action Figure Museum.
“We would love to have families come and help celebrate our birthday with us, whether you have visited before or this is your first visit, there is always something new that stands out or piques your interest.”
Tickets for the “Members Only Party” may be obtained by purchasing a museum membership for $50 for an individual or $100 for a family membership for up to five people.
Membership includes one ticket to the party for an individual and two tickets for a family membership, plus other benefits and special offers throughout the year.

The world's only Toy and Action Figure Museum in Pauls Valley is a 501(C) 3 non-profit accredited museum.
The museum creatively exhibits thousands of modern and classic toys and action figures as well as hundreds of historically significant illustrations from noteworthy Oklahoma cartoonists.
