Jerry Dale Sims, 68, retired pharmacist from Bartlesville, passed away Saturday, December 29 at home.
A memorial service has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, January 4 in the Sneed Chapel at the First Methodist Church, 5th and South Johnstone, in Bartlesville. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
A memorial lunch will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 5 at the First Church of God in Pauls Valley.
