Pauls Valley, Oklahoma — Earl Edward “Ed” Tarrant, 73, of Paoli passed away January 9, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born September 20, 1939.

Ed attended and graduated from Elmore City Schools. He married Mary Frances Woolsey. He enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ed also enjoyed his work and farming was his hobby. He was a member of the Story Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 11 at Story Baptist Church in Maysville with Bro. Tim Carr officiating. Burial was in the Foster Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home of Maysville.
