Pauls Valley — Quincy Roosevelt Swindall, 35, of Pauls Valley was born to Larry Dwight and Maxine J. (Watts) Swindall on Feb. 3, 1975 in Healdton, Okla., and passed from this life on March 14, 2010 in Pauls Valley. Quincy grew up and attended school in Tatums, Okla. He made his home in Oklahoma City before moving to Pauls Valley. Funeral services for Mr. Swindall are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, March 20 in the Elmore City First Baptist Church with Rev.
