Pauls Valley, Oklahoma — Wayne was born October 16, 1953 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Ralph and Jeannie Webster of Paoli.

He was raised in Paoli, Oklahoma and is a 1971 graduate of Paoli High School. He studied for two years as a communications specialist and was employed by radio stations in Guthrie and Pauls Valley. In 1976 he moved to Dallas, Texas and learned construction work.

He furthered his education at Oklahoma State University in Soil Conservation and Horticulture. He worked at the Oklahoma City Zoo for five years before moving to the Twin Hills Golf and Country Club in Oklahoma City as the Golf Course Horticulturist.

Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Webster.

Surviving family include his mother, Jeannie Webster of Paoli; a brother and his wife, Keith and Marilyn Webster of Paoli; 3 nieces, Tammy, Jaime and Amanda Webster; 1 nephew, Branum Webster; and a host of other relatives and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be held Friday, December 28, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance.
