Pauls Valley, Oklahoma — Mary Jane Sanford, 85, was born July 15, 1927 to Herman and Dora Jane Odom in Stephens County, Oklahoma on the family farm. She passed away Feb. 3, 2013 in Lindsay.

In 1950 The Odom family moved to Lindsay where Jane worked as a telephone operator for 10 years until the switch was made to the dial system.

Mrs. Sanford was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lindsay.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6 at the First Baptist Church in Lindsay with Bro. Gene Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay.
