100 block of S. Locust: Burglary in progress reported at 9:03 a.m. Aug. 23. One subject was taken into custody and Juvenile Services contacted about the other one.

200 block of S. Elm: Vandalism to vehicle reported at 8:10 a.m. Aug. 23.

600 block of E. Charles: Domestic assault reported at 10:07 p.m. Aug. 22.

100 block of S. Willow: Report at 4:03 p.m. Aug. 22 of subject taken for mental health evaluation.

500 block of S. Elizabeth: Theft from parked vehicle reported at 4 p.m. Aug. 22.

W. Grant: Possible fraudulent exchange from bank account reported at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 22.

600 block of N. Cedar: Family disturbance reported at 3:01 a.m. Aug. 21. A man reported to have caused the disturbance was arrested a short time later at Cedar and Rennie for public intoxication.
