It will go in the books as a perfect season as the Savages finished 9-0 in the regular season after a 63-12 win over Wewoka wrapping up the A-5 District Title while doing so.
The Savages had over 460 yards in total offense including 308 yards on the ground.
Trey Knowles had over 200 yards on the ground to lead the way and scored two touchdowns. Curtis Rushing had a 15-yard touchdown run and finished with 71 yards on the night.
Jace Brown had a big night in the passing game with 156 yards on 5-of-6 passing with two touchdown passes.
Pete Carter had a 9-yard touchdown run and also had a punt return for a touchdown to lead the special teams department.
The No. 1 team in the state will be at home Friday night as they host Gore. Gore finished the season at 6-4.
Wewoka will also be in the playoffs as they travel to Talihina for their opener.
