The Pauls Valley Lady Panthers improved their record to 5-3 on the season after splitting a pair of games on Friday in the Marlow Festival.
The Lady Panthers rallied in the first game to beat Duncan JV 6-5. Senior Lauren Wood had a single that scored Shania Beck giving PV the win.
PV trailed after two innings 5-1 behind five errors. They rallied and Beck came to the circle in the third and shut-down the Demons the rest of the way for the win.
In the second game, Marlow took advantage of 10 Lady Panther errors for a 4-1 win.
The Lady Panthers will be back in action on Monday as they host the Stratford Lady Bulldogs at 5 p.m.
