The Paoli Pugs kept pace with the front runners in Class B-2 with a 47-0 win over the Macomb Hornets Friday night.
The Pugs are now 2-2 overall and 2-1 in a very tough district.
The Pugs racked up almost 400 yards in offense against the winless Hornets.
Aaron Webster had 174 yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help lead the potent offense. Josiah Gibson was three yards shy of the century mark with 97 yards and two touchdowns.
Will Stewart added 54 yards and a touchdown, Dillon Downing had 27 yards and a touchdown and D.J. Moore had 29 yards rushing and 11 yards passing for the Pugs.
The Pugs had a big first half in which they scored 41 points against the Hornets, 27 of those coming in the second quarter.
Paoli ended the game in the third quarter with a touchdown as the game ended with the mercy rule.

The Pugs face a stiff test this week as the Central Bronchos comes to town with a 4-0 record.
