marie@pvdemocrat.com — The Paoli Pugs three-game win streak came to an end Friday night with a loss to the No. 4 team in Class B Fox. The Pug offense had two runners go over 100 yards but six turnovers were costly in a 70-24 loss to the Foxes. Josiah Gibson and Aaron Webster both went over 100 yards on the ground with 181 and 106 respectively. Gibson finished the night with 282 all-purpose yards with thee touchdowns. Webster added the other touchdowns. Gibson also led the defensive charge with 8 tackles and Tra Roberston added 7 tackles and one interception. Webster, Hunter Blackwood and Will Stewart all had 6 tackles each. The Pugs have a huge game this week as they travel to Waurika to face the Eagles. Paoli is tied with Waurika and Cyril for fourth place behind Fox, Alex and Central.
