Galdys Vera Baker, 80, was born Dec. 14, 1932 in Wynnewood to Ludle (Nabors) and Allen Courtney. She passed away in Norman, Okla., on Feb. 15, 2013.
Ms. Baker grew up in Wynnewood and lived in Wynnewood until 1999 when she moved to Moore. She had worked for Moore Public Schools until her retirement.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 at DeArman Funeral Chapel in Wynnewood, officiated by Rev. Lynn Phillips. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood.
