Pauls Valley, Oklahoma — Nathan Dale Blankenship, 32, of Lindsay passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2013 and was found on Thursday, February 14, 2013.

He was born on June 19, 1980 in Lindsay, Oklahoma to Thomas Dale and Terri Lee (Adkins) Blankenship.

Nathan attended school in Lindsay and Maysville, graduating in 2000 from Maysville High School. He worked for his dad at Blankenship Service Company, and in 2010 he worked in Pennsylvania.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22 at the Erin Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Ronnie Blankenship officiating.

Burial was in the Green Hill Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville.
