Dorothy June Opitz of Stratford was born June 15, 1924 to Jim and Faye (Maddox) Dodgion in Cloud Chief, Oklahoma.
She passed away February 24, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 88 years, 8 months and 9 days.
She lived in the Stratford area most of her life. She was married to Rudolph Opitz. She worked on the farm most of her life.
She is survived by three daughters, one son, 8, 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and some great-great-grandchildren.
There will be private family services. Pickard Funeral Home in Stratford is in charge of the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers make donations to St. Jude Hospital.
